Review content:
Dr. Leonardson does not perform endodontic work. The office is more then happy to offer you a referrel. They will also offer to call your insurance and verfify that they are referring you to a endodontist that your plan covers. They did this for me and I was very appreciative. I asked if I should call my insurance and double check and they said it should be fine and would not be necessary. However, do not believe them. As soon as I had problems with my insurance they pointed the finger back at me and claimed they were not at all at fault. The dental assistant told the office clerk that handles insurance that I had brought in a list of providers and a endodondist was selected from that list. When I explained that they clearly had me confused with another patient because I did not bring in any such list I was again told to call my insurance (whom I had already received a rejection letter from). They would not even clear up the channels of communication to verify the facts or who I was. Very disrespectful. After getting off the phone with the office clerk, I didn't even care about the claim not being covered. It was the complete lack of willingness to admit some mistakes were made that is truly disappointing.
