Incredible service here. On 7/9/2012, we discovered our Mitsubishi 73"" DLP TV would not turn on, and had a red light on for the LAMP. Had white dots all over the screen for months already, and was told by retailers as well as other people that the TV was not worth repairing. So, went shopping for for a new TV, and found the next model up to be more than I can spend. Called Ableman from an online search for DLP Lamps. Asked about it, and Rex gave me a bunch of info on the phone, as well as told me the mirrors causing the dots could be replaced for $325! Brought the TV in that afternoon, and arrived at 5:30PM, just before closing. Talked to him & his tech, and they decided that they could finish the job for me in an hour... rather than me driving back up the next day from Clackamas. The picture looks as good as a new TV. These people allowed me to essentially buy a ""new"" TV for $460!! I will always call these guys for TV service!
