Review content:
My experience with this business was nothing like what the reviews I had read lead me to expect. I brought in an older style TV (about 6 yrs. old) that would no longer stay turned on consistently. When the TV would stay on there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and it had a beautiful, bright, clear picture. I expected to be told it could be fixed easily. What I was told was that while it could be fixed the owner simply didn't want to work on it. He said I should just throw it away and buy a newer LCD style TV. When I told him I didn't like the newer style TVs and wanted to stay with the TV I had he said that while he COULD fix it he wouldn't repair my TV. When I told him I'd pay whatever it cost he got very rude and said I should go find someone else to work on my TV. \r

I have since had my TV repaired by another shop who treated me with courtesy and respect and only charged my $100.00 for the repair. My guess is this shop simply doesn't have the expertise to repair my TV. That doesn't explain the rude treatment however. This shop certainly doesn't have a customer-friendly approach to doing business and I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.
