I usually don’t write these reviews because it takes too long but after this company rescued me for the second time I HAD to write something. Quality Mechanical is by FAR the best AC Heating and appliance repair company I have been in contact with. Last year, on Christmas Eve, our fridge broke. It was the WORST possible time because I had all of our Christmas dinner items in the fridge and was nervous that everything would spoil and the family would have to find a place to go out to eat. I had family coming into town and quickly went to work in finding a company that would come out. My home warranty went through FIVE companies who all said they could not come out as it was Christmas Eve. Quality Mechanical was the 6th company they called and they were exceptional. They came within the hour and figured out the issue. They expedited the part order and got everything working before close of business that day. We were so thankful and had the best service. The guy that came out was friendly, efficient and CARED about the urgency and importance of the repair. This past weekend they rescued me AGAIN. I had my grandmother (who is 93) staying with us and the AC went out. The day was particularly hot (due to our AMAZING weather in San Diego). The terrible part was that my grandma is very old and sick and can't stand to be hot. I called my insurance company and requested they match me up with Quality Mechanical. A different guy from the company came out and was incredibly helpful again. He diligently worked on the system and got it up an running within the hour. Amazing company, amazing service. Please don't hesitate to call these guys...you will not be disappointed. \r
