Review content:
I moved on 11/13/10 and changed my address online. I received a confirmation letter for this at both my new address and my old address. About a week and a half later at my new address I called my old post office (12590) and asked why I hadn't received any mail. They explained that even though my address was changed in the ""system"" the carrier was still delivering my mail to my old address. I was assured the problem would be rectified. A month later I still hadn't received any mail. I called to complain to the Main Post Office and all I got was a complaint number and ""we'll research it and call you back"". A week later ""Cathy"" from 12590 called me and again assured if I didn't receive my mail within a week to call her back. I waited a week and no mail. So I called. They said ""we don't have any Cathy here."" Again I got we'll talk to the carrier and I was assured that the problem would be rectified. This is 2 months with out getting my mail, this is the worst Post Office in the world!
