Businiess name:  Jacobs Lee & Burack

Review content:
I went to Jacobs, Lee and Burack for my initial prenatal care, and switched to Seton Health/St. Mary's Hospital after a few weeks because I hated both with the doctor's ""bed-side"" manner (very cold and rushed - for example, Dr. Lee warned me that I would get gestational diabetes because I gained 8 pounds the first trimester - obviously not true and I didn't - because he didn't bother to check my initial weight and height) and their high Cesarean rates - if you have an uncomplicated pregnancy and want a more ""natural"" birth, do NOT go to this group, as they push for C-sections routinely (I know several other women that went to this group and ended up with C-sections after uncomplicated pregnancies because their labor ""stopped"" after they received pitocin - Burack seems to have this happen a lot). Additionally, their billing office is terribly mismanaged - they billed me over $120 erroneously because they weren't filing with the insurance company correctly and I wasted several hours calling around to correct the fees. To their credit, they eventually understood and reversed the fees, but not before sending me to a collection agency - which all could have been avoided with a simple phone call to me or to the insurance company directly. I will not go to this office again (which is too bad, since I loved Sue, their NP!)
