Shintai school of self-defense is a system of martial arts that truley trains a person to become a free-stylist technician. If your into getting a black belt in 3 years with numerous belt tests this is not a school for you. However, If your looking to becoming a truley effective martial artist this is the school to train.The emphasis at Shintai is to be able to express yourself through martial arts. Developing excellent Ki blocks and strikes. Shihon Miraglia is an incredibly talented teacher and skilled technician. Shintai is what martial arts are intended to be. No gimics, no nonsence, just an extremley effective system of martial arts that adheres to specific principles.
