Businiess name:  Rangmahal Indian Cuisine

Review content:
I was out looking for an something spicy and remembered seeing a few Indian (or Pakistani, or other SE Asian restaurants) in the area. This was the first place that I spied so I wheeled around and got a parking spot right out front. Let me start by saying that I really enjoy Indian, Pakistani, Thai, etc cuisines. Most of the ""Indian"" places that I have been to are about the same. The curry is a bit different from place to place, some are red, some are more brown, but overall, the places are more similar than different.\r This does not seem to be the case with Rangmahal! I had the most incredible dish I have had in ages! It was an lamb with some kind of orange sauce with cardamom, cloves, ginger, garlic, etc. Everything in this dish was fresh, from the oranges to the ginger, which produced a flavor explosion in my mouth. To say that this was the most incredible Indian dish I have ever had is the least amount of praise I can heap on this experience.\r When ordering, the chef (and owner) came out and talked to us about what we wanted. We both wanted something spicy however, he suggested that I not order this dish too spicy since the spice would overwhelm the citrus. Although he did make it what I would consider ""Indian hot"", it was not unbearable and was a great combination of spice and zest. We also had some fresh vegetables, of course cooked with some ghee, and other spices such as whole cinnamon sticks and cloves. The other dish that we had was chicken vinaloo. As far as vinaloo's go, this was a great delayed burn kind of vinaloo. It was hot, but not immediately hot. It was quite hot, but not so much that it was inedible.\r All in all, this was a great culinary experience and I know that I will be back several times over the next couple months while on assignment in this area. Pros: Incredibly fresh spices!
