We had tentatively reached agreement on a purchase price when one of the managers looked at my insurance card and noticed I was a member of USAA. He came out and told me there was a new promotion by Toyota for USAA members for a $500 rebate on a Prius. He showed me to a computer so I could log on and print out the necessary certificate, thus lowering my final price for the new car an additional $500. This made me feel Alamo Toyota really wants to put together the best deal they can for each customer. If they had not told me about the new rebate I would have never known about it. I assume the bottom line for Alamo Toyota would have been the same with or without the rebate, but it did make a difference to me. That's what I call Customer Service!
