Review content:
We have been customers of Fawcett Oil Co. for more than 40 years. We have both Automatic delivery and Service contracts with them. 3 to 6 times each year they fail to deliver oil to us in a timely manner. Their response time to leaving 3 elderly families in our house WITHOUT HEAT OR HOT WATER can be up to 24 hours. It also takes more than 1 call to get someone out to us even though the problem stems from their incompetence. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER FAWCETT OIL CO. ANYONE ELSE WOULD APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS AND LOYALTY.
