Review content:
We asked the manager upon checking in to change the credit card that was used to make the reservation. He happily do so but didn't bother to tell us he had already authorized the first card. The second card was then authorized as well. He never bothered to help fix the situation and the other clerks were extremely rude and condescending. Needless to say we are still trying to recover that money. The room was infested with roaches, the bathtub had mold, the bed and pillows were awful and requests for extra pillows so we could try and manage some sleep was ignored. Worst hotel experience we've ever had. One clerk even admitted to the card problem happening ""all the time"". Sounds like their policies need to change!
