Businiess name:  Gianni's Pizzeria & Restorante

Review content:
This USE to be Gianni's a few months ago. It has since changed hands twice. Most recently, this past week (March 3, 2012). The last two owners/management was awesome. The food was delicious and the staff was great. We went there Friday night for dinner, like we do nearly every Friday night. It was obvious to us the cook was different and we asked the help -- yup, they changed again. The pizza was no where near as good as it normally was, nor was anything else. The men behind the counters were awful to the staff, nasty and totally ignored many requests. My waiter was a sweet young man and he asked for ""bread for four"" at least four times. No one answered him, no one even looked at him. I asked for a chicken sandwich they had on the menu, but asked for it on garlic bread. It didn't come that way so I sent it back. They told me they couldn't make it that way. They only had garlic bread premade that was already cut up into small slices. Really?? Are you kidding? An italian restaurant that can't make garlic bread? We told our waiter to forget it. Then, they brought the sandwiches, but forgot the pizza. We had to wait another 1/2 hour before the pizza came. We ate and left after watching these two idiots behind the counter (cooking area). We will never go back. It was despicable watching these men. I hope to God the real Gianni sees this and knows that someone is abusing his name. He needs to make them change the name of the restaurant so everyone knows this is not him! \r
