Our experience closing on our home was made so much easier by dealing with such a knowledgeable, accessible, experienced and caring professional like Debbie Losser. Debbie answered so many questions we had about the entire process and did her best to exceed our expectations of customer service. She helped us secure a fantastic lock on our rate and ensured that our paperwork was squared away. She kept us informed as to deadlines, and made our needs a priority. I truly feel lucky to have had a fantastic mortgage company, iFreedom, and a great loan officer, Debbie, to help us along the way. My lawyer also said dealing with IFreedom was easy throughout our closing process, even with us being in NJ and them being based in Utah, he said working with them was a breeze.
