Hi Kate! I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and the team for everything you did to help me accomplish my dream of buying a house. In the beginning, you were the first to call me after I entered my online request. I received voice mails from another company, but you were so nice and gave me such a good vibe that I didn't even return their calls. I never do anything major without researching first. So, I researched iFreedom and found very little complaints. Then, I researched you and all I found was very good reviews. Seems you have a knack for making people happy. I was definitely clueless and nervous about everything, but you 'took me to school' and helped me to understand every step in the process. You were exemplary in anticipating any potential problems and you were sharp and on top of everything. You never left any stone unturned. You were very dedicated to making this happen for me, and you made me feel that my dream was just as important to you as it was to me. You answered every email immediately and were almost always available by phone or you returned my call ASAP. Even my realtor admits that she didn't believe you when you told her how quickly we could close. You made a believer out of her, and she is very impressed because she never knew a loan officer as sharp as you. You are truly an asset to the company you are with, and I really hope that your superiors are aware of that. If everyone was as efficient and dedicated to their job as you are, the world would be a much better place. You are truly an expert at what you do, and if ever I run across any veteran looking to buy a house, there will be no hesitation in recommending you. You are truly superlative in my eyes.
