I am a realtor whose client just used Katrina Siglar to do his VA loan. I have never worked with Katrina before and was very hesitant to work with an out of area loan officer, especially for a VA loan which can be very frustrating if the loan officer doesn't know VA requirements. I talked with Katrina and she assured me that we could close this loan in a very short time and I was thinking.. yeah, yeah... every loan officer promises that and then they run 30 days late. Well not only did Katrina close early as promised, she closed almost a week earlier then her promised date! Both I, my client and the listing agent were amazed! Katrina has shown me that there are still loan officers that do what they say and she does it extremely well. I will be referring more Buyers to her in the future. Thank you Katrina!!\r
