I would like to thank Loan Officer Taylor Romero for his outstanding assistance during our recent VA refinance. The entire process took 4 weeks, during which time Mr. Romero called and explained each step of the loan approval process and what we could expect. He was also readly available to assist in the completion of the paperwork required for this loan.
