I am a realtor in NC, and a client found Mr Jeffrey Marks of iFreedom Direct, while researching loans online, and came to me prequalifed, and ready to look at buying a house. How valuable is that!
As a realtor, I have experienced all the ups and downs of the current mortgage climate with clients having a complete range of experiences from simply wonderful, to having a complete nightmare. Thankfully, this transaction closed without a hitch, and I must complement all at iFreedom for making it happen.
In particular, Mr Marks was about the most responsive loan broker I have dealt with, he was very professional, knowledgeable, extremely cooperative and easy to work with, and had simply excellent communication skills throughout the process, both with me and also my client.
I highly recommend him as a broker, and the firm, and if I have a client needing VA or FHA financing in the future, I will need to make but one call.
