We had a VA mortgage with MIC. The only trouble it was a variable loan which means at a latter time, the interest rates would probably go up. We contacted iFreedom Direct. Our loan officer is a a Mr Derick Welch. This is a great company. We were walked through all the way. A lot of times Derick called just to touch base with my husband and myself. He made the whole process so much easier. There was never a question that he couldn't answer. The whole process was speedy with Derick explaining each step of the way. I can't believe that we had gotten such a nice young man. He made the process so much easier. This is a wonderful loan company for veterans and service members. We are treated with respect and the rule only the best. Thank you so much IFreedom Direct.
