Because of the ease of transactions and great customer service, I have done three VA refinance home mortgage loans with iFreedom. \r

Each time, I dealt with Mr. Tevor Hoyt - (NMLS# 191411) in the Salt Lake City office. He is a glowing example of the type of customer service that breeds loyalty between a company and their customers. It's not very often, especially in the world of loan finance, that one comes across an employee who is as personable as he is professional as he is.\r

Over the course of dealing with Trevor on our initial loan in 2009, he was ALWAYS honest, forthright, cooperative and went the extra mile to make sure that everything that needed to be done, got done. \r

Trevor provided accurate information and was able to communicate loan options that might be available to us in a way that I was able to understand and comprehend.\r

So here were are (three years in a row - 2009, 2010, 2011) and another streamline refinance loan closed with iFreedom and I can honestly tell you that although I have never personally met Trevor, I feel as if he is not just a loan officer, but a dear friend of our family. The kind I want to (and did) send a Christmas card to, the kind I want to keep in touch with...just because.\r

Trevor is one of the reasons why I will continue to recommend iFreedom to my friends and others I come in contact with in the future. Granted, iFreedom's streamline process is by far one of the least troublesome financial transactions I have ever come across, but it is because of employees/loan officers like Trevor that make one want to come back to this company again and again.\r

I don't usually take the time to brag on someone, and especially not in such lengthy detail, but Trevor totally warrants my time doing so and so does iFreedom.
