Mike Gilbert was a very knowledgeable person. Everything was explained to me from the start to the finish. Every form I filled out was explained to me sometimes line by line. Mike Gilbert was easy to get a hold of at all times. He kept you informed of everything you needed to know. He checked on you several times even after you closed. I would recommend him to any veteran who needed a home loan. In all the paperwork I filled out and signed there were no surprises because Mike explained it all. He made the loan process easy.
