Review content:
We tried working with USAA and NavyFederal to get a mortgage for our new home but they continued to put stipulations and requesting more paperwork. They strung us along and made it sound like they we were getting the loan and told us to go ahead and proceed with closing. Eventually NavyFederal backed out of approving the loan. We found out about iFreedom through LendingTree and customer service with them was far superior compared to USAA/NavyFederal. Roger Coleman, our loan officer, was amazing and took great care of us. He got the paperwork pushed through and we were able to close on time. Roger was fantastic professional and put in a lot of hours to make this happen. I highly recommend Roger and iFreedom to anyone. I will be doing business with them again in the future when it comes time to move and purchase another home.
