This review is for iFreedom and especially Emilio Suazo, my loan officer. Emilio is not only a veteran himself but he also knows the VA loan process better than anyone I have ever talked with about one.
When I first inquired with iFreedom, I had been talking with a different company who was telling me some things which I wasn't sure about. It seemed to be wrong. I only called iFreedom to get a second opinion. I wasn't planning on having them process my mortgage. Emilio was so kind and considerate of my questions. He answered them fully and carefully, confirming to me that I had been mislead by the other company. I decided then and there to switch my loan process to him for processing even though I know nothing about the company. The entire loan process when smoothly and we closed the loan in a record time. Everything went perfectly.
I recommend Emilio to any veteran, young or old (I'm 66!) He did a wonderful job for me. He is extremely competent and considerate. He gets a max evaluation from me. Thanks Emilio!
