We'd like to send the deepest thank you to our loan specialist, Craig Day. After his quick reply to our first call in Sep 2011, he has spent the last 6 months working with us and treating us so well. After months of searching for the right house, Craig stood by us and made it possible to close escrow on our home this month. I must say, we weren't an easy case and it was scary but Craig assured me daily that he's confident and to let his company make the magic happen; I felt ease by his words and he and his company worked wonders! Craig wasn't just some banker on the other end of the phone but he is a person who cared. Not only did he instantly get working with our realtors, he worked with our escrow company, insurance agents, helped us handle unsolved debt issues and to top it off, he responded to all of my daily emails, texts and phone calls right away! I'm not sure if any other agent could have or would have worked with us. This was such an emotional experience and Craig was there each day not only being a loan specialist but a friendly person to keep me sane! Craig has given my family our dream home and something that we are so proud of. Because of him, we have a beautiful home to raise our little girl in. I'm confident that Craig went further and beyond his normal job duties to make this happen and I truly believe that if we had any other person or company that we wouldn't have this home. Thank you Craig- for putting up with me lol.. You know how much we appreciate every thing you have done and all of you late nights, worked weekends, emotional investment in us and your professionalism .. We love our home and we feel fortunate for you and for ifreedom. We couldn't be happier and it's all because of you !!!!
