On 20 May 2010, We finally signed final papers on a house. It took 13 months and over 15 rejected offers on various properties. It was very frustrating because sellers seems to shy away from VA loans.Stevie Weaver has kept my hopes up and stayed in touch with me at all times. She has the needed documents ready just in case. When we finally got an accepted offer on 4/27/2010, the process moved really fast,thanks to Stevie and Jeff Sutherland. They took care of all required documents very expediously. Stevie and Jeff have given me a very professional service.
