Review content:
Let start by saying this is the very first home I have ever bought. When I began looking for information about getting a loan I was swarmed with people looking to make a quick buck. I have been dealing with people for a very long time. Someone trying to give me the hard sell routine looses me very quickly. I expect clear and complete answers to my question. Not a bunch of double talk. When Michael Gilbert contacted me, the first thought was here we go again. Let me be clear, l ‘m not a very easy person to impress. Michael Gilbert answered all of my questions and provided additional information that I had not even thought off. Because I travel a lot and was constantly on customer sites working, Michael went out of his way to make sure I was able to speak before asking for information. Michael was very attentive to my working schedule. Because this was my first time buying a home, after Michael got my full attention, I was concerned about asking too many questions. There was never a moment where Michael made me feel I was a burden on him. Given that I have never met him face to face, I would really enjoy being able to buy him dinner. I can never thank him enough. If he ever comes down Texas way, he may have to hide his identity because I am telling any and everyone who will listen to contact him for all of their home loan needs. If Michael’s bosses are reading this, they need to give him a very big bonus and a raise. With him amount of professionalism, I doubt if they are paying him enough. He truly had and will have everyone who deals him best interest at heart. From one old Marine, Semper Fi , you earned it Michael.
Pros: The only place a 1st time VA home buyer should go.
