My Loan Officer was Steven Whitford, who was a complete ace. I read lots of reviews prior to choosing a company to go with and couldn't find a bad word about iFreedom Direct, and for good reason; there's nothing bad to say about them!\r

As a prior service Marine looking to buy my first house I really didn't have a clue how to take advantage of any VA benefits, but Steven walked me through every step of the process and made it painless. If all parties involved with my home purchase were half as professional and on the ball as Steven was, we could have gone from offer to closing in 3 weeks, maybe less. As it was we had a seller who was dragging his feet and non-communicative, but Steven was always going above and beyond the call of duty to keep the ball rolling. \r

If it hadn't been for his vigilance and thorough knowledge of the process I might have walked away from our dream house purely from the aggravation the seller and my Realtor caused, but with him advocating for me, and making calls on my behalf, we were able to keep the ball rolling and we got our house.\r

I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was to work with him. All the reviews I read about iFreedom had examples of this professionalism indicated, but even that didn't prepare me for the kind of service I got; it was simply exemplary!\r
