I choose to go with I Freedom Direct, namely agent Taylor Cowan for help in re-financing our home. I was very hesitant going into this venture. As we have all heard of those folks that have had nothing but bad headaches, doubts, rejection, frustration, I am honored to say that my whole process was anything but smooth sailing. He was there from the start. When I would call him, he either answered the phone outright or always returned my calls sometimes within mere minutes of me leaving him a voice message. He guided me through every single step of this whole process, and even gave me his cell number if I had any questions afterhours.\r
He was always polite, respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful to the 10th degree. I cannot find one bad thing to say about him or I Freedom Direct. He told upfront that we would be speaking 2-3 times a week through this whole process, and true to his word, we did. He took me through each and every phase, every step that needed to be done, and always called to confirm that all went well. As I was new to the finance / re-financing, I was very cautious, but true to his word, he did 98% of what was needed, without hesitation and with grace, patients for all my questions and always with professionalism in words and actions and deeds.\r
If I had to do this all over again, I would not hesitate to use them, and would even insist on using Taylor Cowan. I am truly hopeful that his company, I Freedom Direct, is aware of how hard this man works. He is a man of his word, follows through and does stay in touch with his clients. If I had to rate him and I Freedom Direct on as 5 star evaluation, I would try and insist on no less than a 6. I thank I freedom Direct and a very big thank you to Taylor Cowan. \r
