My experience with iFreedom Direct and specifically Mike Gilbert and his processor, Jeff Sutherland was one of professionalism and Tenacity. I brought to Mike one of the most complex files he had probably ever experienced to include several rental properties (nine), purchase of a new primary home, recent job changes and various other challenges. He took them one by one with the help of his processor and brought everything together successfully. He and his processor spent untold numbers of hours putting the information together to present to underwriting in a very thorough manner to explain the very complicated file to his underwriting department while making the process as easy as possible for me, the consumer and keeping me updated every step of the way. Mike was often available well after business hours, was always available to me day or night and worked around my hectic military schedule to make everything come together. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Mike Gilbert, his processor Jeff Sutherland, and his company standing behind him iFreeom Direct!!
