Working with Don Ruff was a breath of fresh air. He made us feel like we were his only clients because he was always there if we needed anything. He was always patient, dedicated and knowledgeable throughout the whole loan process. There are people in this world that do their jobs at the bare minimum, and then there are people like Don that goes above and beyond.
We started this loan process two years ago, first with Wells Fargo and then with Indymac and we never felt the reassurance as we did with IFreedomDirect. Throughout the loan process we've dealt with four different lenders and by far Don is the BEST. His honesty and knowledge is something that those other lenders lack.
We will definitely recommend him to everyone we come in contact with because we feel everyone should have someone with his work qualities and ethics. Thanks again!
