Review content:
Indermuehle & Co. has a property listing on Old Richmond Road in unincorporated Sugar Land, TX. The buyer of the property has applied with the TDHCA for tax credits to build a low-income, multi-family townhome complex called Goldshire Townhomes on this plot of land. Jennifer Raymond of Indermuehle & Co., along with the property seller signed a letter from an ""Old Richmond Road Neighborhood Association"" in support of the Goldshire Townhomes development application and sent it to the TDHCA. This action adds points to the Goldshire application with the TDHCA. This is highly inappropriate, as both parties who signed stand to gain financially from the sale of the land to Goldshire Development. The planned development has met with great objection from residents who actually live in the surrounding communities, and we feel this action by Jennifer Raymond of Indermuehle & Co. along with the land seller borders on fraudulent, and is certainly unethical. The above information can all be found in TDHCA records. As further proof, we also have copies of two letters from one of the county commissioners documenting this inappropriate activity.
