I've been to My Spa Journeys over the last 2 years for massages, waxing, hair styling, and facials. I was never overly impressed with their services, but I returned because of their good deals and customer service. However, their spa treatments and customer service have gotten worse rather than better over time. You can't use Spa Finder or My Spa Journey gift cards for many of their promotions. I've also had problems with gift cards they've issued, reliable customer service, and products I've purchased. If quality spa services and customer satisfaction are important to you, this is not the place to visit.
