Businiess name:  Dry Clean Spot

Review content:
I recently brought my comforter into the dry clean spot to be dry cleaned. I paid almost $30 to dry clean my comforter and two pillow shams. I dropped off the comforter after my baby spit up on it. It was ready in a few days, after picking it up I brought it right home and put it back on my bed. That's when I discovered that the small white spit up stain was now a large dingy rectangular stain and there was a hole! I promptly brought it back to the dry cleaners. The two girls there were sympathetic and said the manager would call the next day. Debbie, the manager, finally called me on Tuesday and was rude and nonprofessional. She refused to accept that my comforter was damaged by them. She then told me that dry cleaning does not remove stains. I told her that the comforter was ruined and I would like my money back. She refused and said that the best she could do was a $20 credit at the store. This was unacceptable! I paid more than $20 to have it cleaned and my comforter was now destroyed. Why would I ever take anything back there? It was a beautiful vera wang bedspread that was quite expensive. Dry cleaners have insurance that pays for items in case things are lost or ruined. She flat out refused to reimburse for the bedspread or refund my money. The manager has absolutely no customer service! Finally she said she would speak to the owner and call me the next day. She never returned my phone call. I called on Friday and she said that someone was supposed to call me. The manager had agreed to refund my money. I then went back to the dry clean spot to pick up my comforter and my money. The same manager was there when I came in. She did not say one word to me as she handed over the comforter or gave me my money. No hello, no thank you, no bye! I got my money and my comforter and as I'm walking out the manager says to the other two employees ""we don't do business with her anymore!"" I have never experienced such poor costumer service. I will never go back to the dry clean spot ever again! They destroyed my bedspread and were unbelievably rude! Save your money, your clothing, and your time by going to another dry cleaners!
