Review content:
When everyone was enjoying their Christmas holiday, including myself, I returned home from my Mom's to find that my furnace wasn't kicking on properly. I checked everything I could to no avail. Sunday after church I called Joe's company to see if by some chance I would get a return call and assistance on a holiday weekend, and Joe called me back within 15 minutes! He arrived at my house w/in a couple hours (ON A SUNDAY), and had me back up and running in no time replacing my thermostat for me. He even took time to go over a couple other things he noticed while on site too. He's a VERY nice guy, and I truly appreciate him going the extra mile so I could be warm again. Thanks Joe! :o)
