2.5 stars. here's why: i've heard good things about this place from a friend of mine so i decided to try it out for all-you-can-eat dinner. the rolls were good, but the variety (although it seems as though there are a lot of different choices) is a bit the same...i thought way too many rolls contained the mayo-crabmeat as a filler. i know good sushi when i eat it, and the fish here were simply sub-par. you can tell from just the color and texture of the raw fishes (tuna, salmon) that they were not fresh...in fact, i would question if they were even using sushi-grade raw fish...and whether they were making these ""spicy tuna/spicy salmon mixtures ahead of time to sorta make them last longer? either way, i was not happy with the quality of the sushi. i told myself if i go back here again (probably won't), that i would only order cooked sushi rolls meaning ones that i know have no raw fish (which aren't that many). kinda defeats the purpose of going to a sushi place, so i probably won't be going again. btw the soft shell crab sushi (the fried soft shell crab) was made in advance - it was dry, rock hard, and not hot, which means they didnt fry it just then. Pros: friendly staff, special sauce on top of rolls are good Cons: raw fish is not fresh
