Businiess name:  Oakland Bay Farm

Review content:
To improve our diet and healthy lifestyle We went searching for organic meats, and found OaklandBay Farm organic meatssold at the local co-op and at the Olympia Farmer's market. We bought about $100 in organic beef and because they did not offer cuts of chicken ie chicken breasts/thighs etc, we went ahead and bought a whole organic chicken for a whopping $15.00....! Now, for $15.00 we were sure this was going to be the most succulent and tasty chicken ever. BUT that was NOT the case.. this chicken was the toughest (NO taste chicken) that any of us has ever had. It took my 9 year old son about 30 chews to swallow his first bite, and he said ""I have to eat it because you spent $15.00 on it""...he could not,and we did not make him as we could hardly get through what we were ""trying"" to eat. (No exaggeration) I have no idea whether we got a ""bad, maybe old"" chicken,or if all of their organic chicken tastes this way? On the other hand the steak and stew meat we got was pretty good and flavorful, and we may purchase it again in the future. Pros: Steak is good Cons: Chicken was horrible
