What ever you do please do not waste your time on Casa Linda Homes. I was looking to buy a 3 bedroom home to raise my children and it seemed like it was so easy getting financed through them as they do their own in house financing. I was so excited when the day came for me to meet with Edward Garcia working out of the Rosharon Tx office. Immediately I drove in the subdivision and OMG! I thought to myself is this a joke? The neighborhood looked run down and clearly the people that lived their did not keep up with their yard work. The subdivision mail boxes were all tagged by kids that obviously have no respect for public property. I still drove around and looked at some of the houses that were not occupied and even got out of the car to look at the inside of the houses through the window it was one shock after another. The master bedrooms were a decent size but the bedroom #1 and #2 I swear you could only fit one twin size bed and no other piece of furniture in those rooms. I am not exaggerating at all anyone can go see for themselves.Edward Garcia I can't believe you are not ashamed to even stand behind such a joke of a construction realty. I was reading other reviews from other sites and people have complained that once they moved into their homes they started getting letters on back taxes of years that they did not live in the house and supposedly Casa Linda Realty is not helping them at all. People have also said that you must give $1,000 to reserve a house and in turn something comes up and Casa Linda tells them that for some reason or another their credit didn't get approved and the $1,000 is non refundable screw Casa Linda Homes and the people that represent such a joke of a business. These homes are miniature sized houses and I feel sorry for anybody that was conned into buying a home such as those. I am one person that can gladly say you didn't talk me into buying one of your crappy houses and I will gladly post my opinions where it is permitted to get the word out of how much Casa Linda Homes is such a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
