Review content:
We booked here 15 days in advance. After finding from people in the area what an awful, crime-ridden city Lynn is, we tried to cancel 2 days later. Apparently, they have a policy where they will charge you if you cancel within 14-days if they don't rebook the room (which we DID know about, in the interest of full disclosure). 3 days before, we checked and found out they rebooked the room. We got no phone call that that was the case. And (here's the kicker) ... we called them and found out they already charged our card and would only give us a one-year credit! After discussing it with them (and they were VERY rude), they said they would refund all but $35 for ""handling fees"". Obviously our credit card company is getting a call to dispute the $35 charge and to tell them about their illegal charging policies.
Cons: Shady business practices
