I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT 4-5 YEARS. MY APARTMENT IS NICE, BECAUSE I KEEP IT THAT WAY. THE MANAGMENT HAVE DONE A FEW IMPROVEMENTS INSIDE. NEW RAILINGS, BATHROOM, ... MY BATHROOM TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO COMPLETE, CARPENTERS WERE HERE AT 7AM TO 4PM INCONVENIENT HRS. THEY SHUT OFF WATER IN THE MORNING, THAT WAS A HASTLE. I HAD TO USE ANOTHER VACANT APT. THAT WAS NO WHERE NEAR MY HOME. SO THAT WAS CHAOTIC. WHEN THE BATHROOM WAS DONE, WITHIN A WEEK, THE PAINT STARTED TO BUBBLE AND PEEL AROUND THE EDGES OF MY BATHTUB. WHAT A WRECK!! I GOT A MICKEY MOUSE JOB...RENTS ARE SO EXPENSIVE. NEIBORS ARE SO INTO YA BUSINESS... NOT WORTH THE MONEY .
