Businiess name:  Wood Heat

Review content:
My salesman, Jim Donovan, did not give me a rough in sheet to run the gas and electric lines. He would give me nothing in writing for my plumber and for drilling in my historic fireplaces, only verbally. He told me to run the lines through the clean out port on the bottom of the FP. That was wrong. The installers are here now and they can't hook anything up because everybody at Wood Heat gave me wrong infomration, including and the inital pre-inspection that Wood Heat charged for. They wait until they come out with the stoves to figure it out. So here I am, with installers who do not bring bootie covers and refuse to take their shoes off on my newly refinished floors, having to call the plumber and electrician back to re-run the lines. I will not have working FP's when they leave today. Total incompetance. They tell me on the day of the installation where the lines should be! They are paying for all the rework. I will dispute the fireplace costs with my credit card company and work it out that way. Pros: good selction of Jotul Cons: fly by the seat of their pants
