Review content:
I was to have my first treatment after waiting 5 days, for a torn rotator cuf which has been causing me extreme pain and not allowing me to sleep for two weeks now . I told the receptionist that I had to be called no more than an hour before the apointment because I doze off uncontrollably and cannot concentrate. They called me at 3PM to tell me I had missed my 2PM apointment and that they did not want me as a patient. I drove over (only 5 minutes away) to protest and at least get my perscription back so I could go to another therapist. I wrote to my health insurance provider when they would not give me my perscription protesting their action. Today I got a letter that said I was abusive both verbally and physically to them (which is not true) and they sent a copy of this liable to the local poliece.\r

Watch Out the Ipswich Center is not good in my opinion.
Pros: close
Cons: very self centered
