Just started going and I like the professionalism and knowledge. I have a slap tear and things are going well. I like how they push you to do more and use all kinds of different strength exercises and ask tons of questions so they don't over do it but don't let you do nothing either. I also think it’s very funny how so many people stop going to physical therapy because it hurts. HELLO!!!! You are using muscles etc. that you haven't been using so of course it’s going to hurt. LOL!!!! Plus…. if you don’t talk with your therapist, how are they going to know??? Just like a doctor…. tell them every little thing… after all it is there job to listen to you on what hurts and what doesn’t.
