Avoid Airlink like the plague. We used this service on August 20th 2009 to get from our hotel on the upper east side to JFK Airport. It took almost 1 and a half hours to reach the airport and this was for a pickup time of 4:00 a.m. The driver was on time - then told us the air conditioning was not working. He had two other pickups at mid town hotels. What we were not told is that his first stop was LA GUADIA AIRPORT??? AND THEN WE WERE DROPPED OFF AT JFK. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND NOT WORTH THE COST.
