Review content:
Had our countertop and backsplash replaced in the kitchen. Was told this would be a ""Turn Key"" job and they would take care of everything from start to finish.Granite is sold by an installed price, meaning so much per square foot. Our kitchen is small and I measured a very liberal 36 sq. feet for the job. Probably closer to 34 - 35 sq. ft. but I added a foot or two. We were billed for 38 sq. feet. The countertop did not have an even overhang all the way around on all edges. It varied from 3/4"" - 2 1/4"". Doesn't sound like much but it is very noticeable. I was told that this was the measurement of my old countertop. Well, sorry, I didn't want what I had, I wanted something new and improved. We had to ask that trim be installed around the edges of counter and underneath the granite to hide the old edge that was unstained and very noticeable due to the lack of overhang mentioned above. We were told that we would have to stain it ourselves! Remember, this was a ""Turn Key"" project? We were told that a worker was ""on there way"" and they never showed up. We had a worker show up, unannounced, at 8:30 AM on a Sunday morning and he couldn't speak English. Workers helped themselves to my tools in my garage, without asking. Some of the countertop was cut while in the kitchen, creating quite a mess. We were told that there was no need to remove items in the cabinets below the new countertop. This was a mistake. Everything had to be cleaned due to all the dust and debris. We were asked ""how would you like to make final payment"" before the job was completed. That call came on a Sunday morning. No one from the company came by to see if the job was completed to our satisfaction.I could go on, but you get the picture...In the end, the final product looks great, but I would have a hard time recommending this company to any friends or neighbors.\r
