My experience was exactly the same as the others. I waited all day after being told we were first on the list. After multiple phone calls, the workers showed up at 5:30. They finished around 9:00. The guy who came to install the sink didn't have any tools. He was using my husband's. My husband, who is a commercial contractor, was supervising his work. When it became clear the gentleman didn't know what he was doing, my husband asked him to leave. He was drilling scraps of wood into my cabinets. The next day the owner's son came to grout. It was horrible. Immediately it was flaking off. There were holes and gaps left in multiple places. No effort was made to clean any of the mess. I had grout all over my floor and countertops. The new grout used didn't come close to matching the existing grout. We refused pmt until things were fixed. He came back the next day to caulk (which was never done) and to fill in the holes. I was told that my grout couldn't be matched because it was dirty! I live in a fairly new home. The area he was testing was not even in a food service area. By this time, I just chalked it up to lesson learned. My husband had spoken with the owner several months before the job was done and decided he didn't care for him. He said he was very rude. The owner called back to apologize and used a personal problem as his excuse. I was the one who pushed him to move forward and give the guy a chance. I won't question my husband's instincts again!!!!!
