Review content:
We got two bids for our kitchen granite. Although G4Less was slightly higher we went with them because of a referral by one of our neighbors. First, it was delayed several times. Then pieces were fabricated to the wrong sizes and had to be redone. Then overhangs were inconsistent and required much arguing to get them to correct. The under mount sink cut-out was not straight and had to be corrected. Then they tried to use two small pieces put together instead of one large piece (with no seam) as originally agreed. My biggest frustration is that if we had completely trusted them and let them do the job unsupervised we would have ended up with a awful job. Only after a lot of arguing and several delays was I able to coerce them into doing the job right...basically against their will. The finished job looks good.
Pros: Finished job looks good
Cons: Try to pass off crappy work as standard...need supervision...not trustworthy
