I got my puppy here and she DIED the morning after I picked her up. They refused to reimburse us, which is against NY State Pet Lemon Law. We took them to court and won and they still haven't paid. They tried to blame us and had not one ounce of sympathy...instead were rude and unprofessional. We found out my dog had parvovirus...she had been in there store for a week before I got her, and was sick the entire time. An employee there told me ""she's an ideal dog, she sleeps all day and you don't even have to walk her."" Meanwhile, she was just sick. They also falsely advertise puppies as ""AKC"" when in fact they are ""ACA"" or ""ACC"", which are not reputable kennel clubs. Their dogs come from puppy mills..all of them who live in poor conditions, and most of them sick.
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM PET STORES, ADOPT A DOG INSTEAD. I HAD TO LEARN THIS THE HARD WAY.
