This company is not very nice and they were charging excessive rates to bring my father to the store. I needed someone to help my father when he could not drive to the store anymore. I work full time and have 3 kids, so I cannot always break away to take him to the shopping during the week when he likes to go. The staff was very rude and unpleasant in the office when I called. The people that came out seemed to be ok, but I would not recommend this company due to the abrasive personnel & high pricing. My father said they always seemed to be in a rush and they really only seemed to be interested in taking my checks. It was not very hard to drive him to the store and I thought since this was what we hired them to do, it would not be too difficult. They would show up late and then some days not at all. This was rude to say the least and I am glad that my Father is better now. He takes a cab or public transportation if he needs to go somewhere when I am unable to take him or his friends and other family are busy.
