t took me a year in my new apartment to commit to new window shades. I had a hard time finding a store that had exactly what I wanted. Then, on my way home from work one day, I passed by New York Window Fashion.
The staff could not have been nicer, and they set up a free, in home consultation, at 7pm on a week night.
I was so appreciative that they were willing to work around my schedule, as I usually get out of work late.
The person who visited my home listened to my ideas, and before long, he showed me Hunter Douglas shades which he highly recommended. I liked them, but still wasn't ready to commit.
After weeks of searching around NY and the internet I realized New York Window Fashion got it right, and nothing else could compare.
I ordered 6 shades, and within a couple of weeks I had an appointment for installation. The guys showed up on time, they were very friendly, respectful of our apartment, and did an excellent job.
I would absolutely, without a doubt, use them again.
