I HAD to use this service center with my Lowe's warranty on my fridge for coolant temperature. That means COOLANT gases and liquids. The guy came out all my cats where alive. The guy left and one of our cats was dead. They will not call back and when you do call them it goes to voice mail. I know it was because of this service call that caused her death and wish so much I would not have had to used these people. I have had service calls before with no tragic out come. If they cannot come into a house and keep an eye on their work area then they need not to be in this business. My family is Devastated from this along with the other pets that lived with her for the seven years she was in our life's. I am so upset that this happened and wish I would have never called for service, for this will haunt me for the rest of my life. I am writing this so others know and to BEWARE of this company's lack of professionalism when in peoples homes. Sweet Pee was alive this time a week ago and now she is gone. She was a healthy vivrant girl as of the time frame of 2 PM on 10/7/2011 and 3 PM when the guy left our house she was dead. She is so missed and will not be forgotten by any of us in this house. Love to you little Girl you was a great friend and will never be forgotten. \r
