Review content:
Buying a car from out of state can be a tricky process, unless of course you don't care if its a lemon. When I found the exact car I wanted listed on Import Auto Brokers' website, I couldn't believe it. Since IAB is a 3.5 hour drive for me, I really didn't want to have to come down there just to have a car inspected that could potentially be a piece of junk. I called an independent repair shop to see if they would pick up the car and do an inspection. Even though they seemed to be all about service on their website, that request was one extra mile too far. When I called Joe and Ray at Import Auto Brokers, they were happy to deliver the car to the repair shop I chose for an inspection, saving me a 3.5 hour trip!!
When I did finally got down to look at and ultimately purchase the car, Joe and Ray were SO incredibly helpful! There were a couple hiccups with the financing, and they worked with me every step of the way. I am 100% confident that no other car dealer would've helped me out the way they did.
If you want to buy a car from people who care about providing good customer service, and truly care about their customers, go see the guys at Import Auto Brokers! I would have no hesitation buying my next car from them.
